This Privacy Policy describes how and when Tyler's of Baldock collect, use, and share information when you attend an appointment at our shop, purchase a product from us, contact us, or otherwise engage our services. This is to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018. Information we collect.

To perform online bookings or as part of purchasing something from our business you will normally provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, payment information.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Transfers of personal information

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Setmore, our appointment management system, is Privacy Shield certified.
